Heritage & Provenance

Honoring Italian roots, reimagined for today.

MISTO was founded on a deep respect for the slow, intentional culinary heritage of Italy. From Tuscan hills to Ligurian coasts, our recipes honor generational techniques where simplicity and quality ingredients define the experience.

Each morning, we transform stone-milled semolina into fresh pasta using bronze dies. We partner with organic farmers to ensure our seasonal vegetables, estate oils, and artisanal cheeses arrive at the table at their peak.

Our PhilosophyEst. MISTO
“true Italian cooking is not about complexity; it is the art of listening to the ingredient and letting its pure essence speak.”
